Asphalt cracks allow water to penetrate the underlying layers weakening its structure and leading to further damage such as potholes and base failure. Crack sealing prolongs the life of the asphalt, and saves money by avoiding premature replacement of the asphalt.

Crack sealing
Crack Sealing is an essential maintenance practice that helps prevent the growth of cracks in asphalt pavement. Depending on the amount of traffic it should be applied every 3-5 years. If left untreated, cracks will lead to more significant problems such as potholes and sub-base failure.
Seal Coating
Seal Coating protects asphalt from UV rays, water, and other substances that cause deterioration of the binder. This should be applied every 2-3 years depending on traffic.
Line Striping
Get fresh stripes applies to the parking lot so that every car has a designated spot. The stripes eliminate the confusion and provide guidance for clients. You can even take it a step further and add arrows so that people know the direction to travel.
